Hi everybody,
We are running a Windows 2012 R2 server using terminal services. Some terminal users sometimes (not always, but very frequently) have the problem that after file operations (e.g., creating a folder, deleting a folder) explorer does not refresh.
This happens on a network share but also on the users' desktops. Thus, I judge it unlikely to stem from a network problem. It seems to be a problem with the user interface. I have tried numerous solutions from the web, but none has worked to far. For example,
restarting explorer or even logging out and back in does not work.
Does anybody have suggestions?
Thanks,
Stefan.
